1. Nature of our services
Credvivo is an authorised Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and channel partner of RBI-regulated banks, NBFCs and IRDAI-regulated insurance companies. We are not a bank, NBFC or insurer. We do not lend money or issue insurance policies ourselves — we facilitate your application and help you compare offers from our partner network of 15+ banks.
2. No guarantee of approval
Loan and insurance approvals are at the sole discretion of the respective lender or insurer based on their internal credit / underwriting policy, your CIBIL score, income, employment, documents and other parameters. Credvivo does not guarantee approval, sanction amount, interest rate, processing fee, tenure or insurance issuance.
3. Indicative rates and offers
Interest rates, processing fees, EMIs, premium amounts and product features displayed on www.credvivo.com or communicated by our advisors are indicative and based on the published rate cards of our partner banks and insurers. Final terms applicable to you may differ and will be confirmed only in the sanction letter or policy document issued by the lender / insurer.
4. EMI and eligibility calculators
Calculators on our site are illustrative tools meant for planning purposes only. They are not loan offers. Actual eligibility, EMI, total interest payable, processing fee and tenure will be determined by the lender at the time of sanction.
5. Insurance — subject matter of solicitation
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Please read the policy wording, prospectus and benefit illustration carefully before concluding a sale. The premium quoted is subject to underwriting acceptance, age, health declarations and IRDAI-approved policy terms.

8. Limitation of liability
Credvivo, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from rejection of your application, change in lender / insurer terms, mis-selling claims by third parties, or post-disbursal disputes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credvivo's total liability shall not exceed the commission actually received by us in connection with your transaction.
9. Beware of fraud
Credvivo will never ask you to deposit any amount into a personal bank account, UPI ID, wallet or send your OTP, debit-card PIN or net-banking credentials. All legitimate communication happens through our official numbers and the email domain @credvivo.com. Report any suspicious activity to hello@credvivo.com immediately.
