Credvivo is an authorised loan and insurance Direct Selling Agent (DSA) operating in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and across India. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information that helps us match you with the right lender or insurer — personal details (name, DOB, PAN/Aadhaar), contact details (phone, email, address), financial details (employment type, income, loan amount), KYC documents you choose to share, technical data like IP and device, and communication records.
2. How we use your information
To assess your eligibility, recommend products, submit your application to chosen banks/NBFCs/insurers, contact you about your enquiry (call/SMS/WhatsApp/email even on DND, since you submitted an explicit request), verify identity, prevent fraud, meet KYC/AML requirements, improve our services, and send opt-outable updates.
3. Cookies & tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tags) to understand traffic and improve experience. Cookies do not store your PAN, Aadhaar or financial documents. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some parts may not function as expected.
4. Sharing with banks & partners
We share your application only with the lenders or insurers you choose to apply to, with your explicit consent. We may also share data with verification agencies (KYC/address/employment), credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF), cloud/CRM/communication/payment providers under strict confidentiality, and government or law-enforcement authorities when required by law. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data for marketing.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards — HTTPS encryption, access controls, hosted infrastructure and role-based permissions — to protect your information. However, no online transmission is 100% secure, and you share information at your own risk.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time, subject to statutory record-keeping requirements of our banking partners.
7. Your rights

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
