Welcome to Credvivo. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.credvivo.com and any related services we offer. By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or applying for a loan or insurance product through us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Credvivo
Credvivo is an authorised Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and channel partner of various RBI-regulated banks, NBFCs and IRDAI-regulated insurance companies. We do not lend money or issue insurance ourselves — we help you compare offers, prepare your application and connect you to the right partner.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract. You must be an Indian resident or NRI eligible under the lender's policy. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.
3. Services we provide
Eligibility checks and product recommendations; application submission to chosen banks/NBFCs/insurers; document collection, follow-up and coordination until disbursal/policy issuance; post-disbursal support such as queries, balance transfers and renewals.
4. Loan & insurance disclaimer
Final approval rests solely with the lender or insurer. Credvivo does not guarantee approval, sanction amount, interest rate, processing fee, tenure or insurance issuance. Interest rates, charges and offers shown on the site are indicative and subject to change. EMI calculators and comparison tables are illustrative only. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation — please read policy wording carefully.
5. User responsibilities
Provide truthful, accurate and complete information and documents; do not submit forged or misleading documents (a punishable offence); repay all loan EMIs and pay insurance premiums on time directly to the lender/insurer; do not use our services for unlawful purposes; keep your credentials and OTPs confidential.
6. Fees & charges
Credvivo's services are generally free for end-customers — we are paid a referral commission by the bank/insurer on successful disbursal or policy issuance. Any service-specific fee will be communicated in advance and collected only after consent. Credvivo will never ask you to deposit money in any individual's personal account.
7. Communication consent
By submitting your details, you authorise Credvivo and its representatives to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other electronic means in relation to your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (NDNC/DND) registry.
8. Intellectual property
All content on www.credvivo.com — including the brand name, logo, copy, design, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to Credvivo and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the site without our prior written permission.
9. Third-party links & partners
Our site may link to bank, insurer or partner websites. Credvivo is not responsible for the content, policies, products, security or practices of any third-party website.
10. Limitation of liability
Credvivo only facilitates the application; we are not the lender or insurer. We are not liable for rejection, delay, change in terms, mis-selling claims or post-disbursal disputes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credvivo's total liability shall not exceed the commission actually received by us in connection with your transaction.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Credvivo, its directors, employees and partners harmless from any claim, loss or damage arising out of incorrect information provided by you, breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion if we suspect fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali / Chandigarh, India.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
